Supplying Washroom Services to 300 Heron Food Locations
We currently supply over 300 products to over 300 locations across the UK. The service extends to personal hygiene waste removal, floorcare, water management and urinal care.
Account Management
The contract is managed by Fiona Stravens, Business Development Manager, and an experienced team, who fully understand the importance of customer relations and the challenges multi-site contracts bring. Fiona is the primary point of contact for this contract and works alongside our UK Hygiene Service Centres to meet agreed service levels. Fiona has developed a strong strategic relationship with Maggie Coates, Facilities Manager and attends contract review meetings as required by Heron Foods and provides comprehensive management information including KPI and SLA achievements.
Innovation
Heron Foods have recently launched a water management system into their head office in order to reduce water, as part of promoting savings, and delivering real progress, in reducing the environmental impact of the company’s operations. To support Heron Foods with this initiative, used nylon materials such as fishing nets are processed back to the core caprolactam which is then extruded to form “new” nylon 6 yarns that go to make mat fabric. This reduces quantities of materials sent to landfill or discarded in the oceans. Citron Hygiene is also introducing Heron Foods to other innovative solutions with products such as SOAP₂O.
