COSHH stands for the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health. COSHH assessments are health and safety documents produced by a ‘competent’ person. These documents are created to monitor the production or use of hazardous substances within your work environment. Citron Hygiene produce COSHH assessments for our employees that use chemicals on customer sites or our own.
A consignment note is a documentation that is left when hazardous waste is removed from your site. It is legal documentation, and it details a description of the waste, where the waste has been removed from, and where it will be taken. It should be signed by us, Citron Hygiene as the carrier of the waste, and also yourselves and then kept on your site.
